Most straightforward estates move through administration within one to three months. We will give you a realistic timeline once we understand the size and condition of the estate. Contested matters or those involving foreign assets may take longer.

We handle the Thai aspects of the estate and can liaise with legal contacts in other jurisdictions where needed. We will always be clear about what falls within our scope and refer you to trusted partners for matters we cannot directly handle.

Family disagreements over inheritance are more common than people expect, and they are not necessarily resolved in court. We often help families reach an agreed position through careful, respectful discussion. If representation is needed, our Full Inheritance service covers that process entirely.

Our practice operates under strict professional confidentiality obligations. Client files are handled only by those directly involved in your matter. We do not share or discuss client information with any third party without your explicit consent.

We quote a clear fee at the outset. If the scope of a matter changes significantly — for example, if a straightforward filing becomes contested — we will discuss this with you openly before proceeding and agree on any adjustment together.
